you sat on your balcony, a blanket wrapped around your body as your knees were pulled up to your chest. no one was around but the stars, the most loyal company you’ve ever had.

you thought to your self intently, you were so lonely. no one ever was your person, platonic or romantic. it’s getting old, being by yourself. no one even tried to get to know you, they all overlooked you and treated you as if your just a body with no thoughts or feelings.

well, no one noticed but him.

for the longest time, no one tried to even talk to you. you were always quiet sure, but that doesn’t mean you like being alone because you don’t talk to people. until Katsuki Bakugo came into your life.

he was like the rest, he didn’t care. until he saw you, actually saw you. you remember the say vividly someone actually vividly saw you. you were at the animal shelter, feeding the pets and playing with them as he walked in.

“i found this cat on the street. take it.” he said to the worker, holding up a black cat. he looked around and saw you there, a yorki in your arms.

you two didn’t talk, but he saw you. after that he made more of an effort to talk to you, in his own way. he looked at your grades and boasted how he got a higher grade, or how you only beat him because he wanted you too. he would train with you, help you grow stronger.

you stared at the stars, he was the only one who tried to read your eyes out of billions people in this world. and it was the best thing to happen to you.

you heard your balcony slide open katsuki walking to sit next to you in his sweatpants and graphic t-shirt.

“it’s freezing out here, your gonna get sick.” he scolded as he sat next to you, taking some of your blanket.
