this is based on my true story
You just arrived in grade 7 in a brand new school. Many new students buzzing during class sessions and asking each other names. You were not bothered to know your classmates in the mean time so you were just sitting there in your seat, until there was this one girl, Felice. You have noticed your body reacted the moment you saw her sitting with her new friends. You muttered to yourself, she's not like anyone else, why am i feeling this way.
In grade 8, you were sitted next to her, Felice, the one that you have admired over a year. She had a boyfriend at the end of the year but didn't work out due to family problems. Both of you had great chemistry and was sports leaders together. Both of you had the best time ever sitting together, thats when she noticed your slight feelings that your showing her.
This was when she messaged you, hey, do you like me?. Thats when your heart dropped, frozed. You did not know how to respond. If you chose "Yes", theres a possible chance of being laughed at. In the end, you chose "No", you didn't had time to think about the possibilities on whether to express your feelings and emotions or not. After that, both of you were back to normal, and her knowing that you didnt like her, felt like a stab in the chest. You were not sure if she likes you as well or not, but it was so rushed you didn't asked her. But you... you loved her, you damn well know it too, you loved her so much that it hurts to not express it. But you were scared.
Present, in Grade 9, both of you are in different classes. You were surprised and did not expect her to be in a different class. That was when everything fell apart. She found a new boyfriend, they dated for 9 months now. You kept on seeing them together whenever you walk past their class. It was hell for you to watch them together having fun, and you? just there. You didn't know what to do next, and that's when you went through depression. Alone in your room, crying, full of regret, hating yourself.
Couple months into same year, it is September now, everything is still the same, but, she texted you about your story as you had your cat posted in your story, and you knew she loved your cat, but not you.
Felice: "AWWWW, CHUCKYY." she was drooling all over screen by how cute your cat was.
And yes, your cat name is Chucky.
Right after she sent that message, she decides to change the whole topic.
Felice: "Hey, uhm... do you wanna like... go out eat together or something? it has been a while so i thought we could." She said that with curiosity and... guilty?
You were not sure whether to go out with her or not. This is your choice... Would you? Or would you stay coward?
