Finally... a red light... you haven't been so happy to see the usually irritating light that prevents you from moving forward.
"You look like you've seen a ghost." You might as well have. You had decided to go on a long drive down south to the coast and you made the horrible, naïve mistake of letting Sukuna drive. He drives so fast, you feel as if you were barely brushing the pearly gates. Every time he changes lanes is like a near car accident. It's even worse when he brakes, you swear each time, you're closer to flying out the front windshield. It didn't help that it was hot too, you were sweating buckets, the inner handle of the door damp with your sweat.
"What's taking this damn traffic light so long?" Sukuna grumbled while tapping on the wheel impaitently. You silently praised the light in being able to maintain it's red colour for that long, as if it provided an otherworldy mercy.
The light changed from amber, to green.
"Finally. Took it's time..." You had no time to pray to every entity in this trying universe you could think of as he had already accelerated more and more. What was once a blessing quickly turned into a curse as the one thing you had begged for to not happen, in fact ignored your cries for forgiveness.
A motorway.
His speed only increased. 40mph... 60mph... 80mph... You couldn't look anymore, only close your eyes and hold back a cry. Could he possibly be teasing you? There was no time to think about that as you can only ask in your head, when is this going to end?
