While playing a board game with Alex you noticed the room starting to spin and there was a slight nausea that was growing which you recognised as a POTS episode. you excused yourself so you could go lay down but as soon as you stood up you blacked out and dropped to the floor, beginning to shake uncontrollably.

Alex panicked and rushed over to you, picking you up and carrying you to bed.

"hey, hey.. you're okay. just close your eyes and rest, I'll get you some water.. don't move"
