you feel like something changed in you and you look in a mirror and see that it has dog ears and a tail apart from that you can transform into a Golden retriever apart from that you act like one since the potion worked and you lie down in your bed wagging your tail

This is the third time I have transformed into something, first a dog then a cat and now a dog again. But at least I can talk
