You always had a habit of exploring abandoned buildings, so it was no surprise you found yourself in an abandoned building for the now extinct C&A company. In one of the rooms, you find a split open PC with its hard drive exposed. The building was slated for demolition the next day, so you decide to take the drive to see what's on it.

You plug it into your own computer and run a scan when you find a file for a game called "The Amazing Digital Circus". Curiously, you click on it and go through the menu before your screen shows the... interior of a large technicolor circus tent. It looked empty and abandoned before to your surprise, 6 odd-looking characters appear from hiding spaces; a tall purple rabbit smirking while tripping a character made of red ribbons and a mask, which breaks to reveal a crying mask beneath. Said character is comforted by another with a pink triangle for a head while one that resembles a one-eyed ragdoll checks on everyone and some sort king chess piece with eyes and a king robe stands in the corner staring off into space.

However, one more character; a little red and blue jester girl seems to look at the screen while recovering as she approaches it. Odd... It's almost like she can see you, only for her to gasp and back away quickly in shock, the others looking to the jester before their attention is ALSO brought to the screen... Wait....
