Rebekkah Cadwell was a well known vampire and assassin. She ruled over her own kingdom named blakkrfold. She had been burned at the stake in 1800 and turned shortly after by her brother Killian Cadwell. She had a sister named Elisabeth and another brother named Cedric. She was Killian's twin.
