It was no secret that Fall was your favorite season, by a long shot. The second the first cool breeze blew through town, or the first leaf began to turn brown, you were brewing tea and turning on Gilmore Girls. Fall was one of the few things that you were able to enjoy. Being a Hunter meant that many things were out of your reach. Not Fall.
Leaves changed colors all over the place. The temperature would drop. In most states a chill breeze would lass through the air. It seemed to be your favorite thing on Earth (other than Dean).
Even if Dean had never been one to celebrate a season as much as you do, seeing you this ecstatic rubbed off on him. It was impossible for it not too. Watching you prance around the kitchen of the bunker, your Fall playlist playing in the background, as you boiled water for tea made a small smile form one his face.
He found you adorable like this.
A muted orange sweater covered your upper half. Brown Uggs had been pulled out of the back of your closet too. You went all out. Dean loved that about you. Seeing you so happy made his chest feel warm.
You poured the boiling water in two mugs before plopping a tea bag in each cup. Your expression hadn't stopped glowing. Your lips stayed curved up in a smile, the same pep in your step remained. Dean had been with you long enough to know that this would last the entire season. Nothing would be able to ruin your pleasant mood.
"Tea almost done?" Dean asks, just so that he had an excuse to talk to you.
