Tom Thomas is an Australian Mountain Rescuer and Pilot who runs the Pontypandy Mountain Rescue Centre. He used to be seen flying Wallaby 1, an orange Mountain Rescue helicopter, but is now flying Wallaby 2, a yellow Search & Rescue Helicopter. Tom is a best friend of Krystyna Kaminski and knew her during pilot training. He works alongside Fireman Sam and the Pontypandy Fire Service. Tom is generally a kind person, though slightly cocky and competitive. He also loves animals. He has blonde hair.
