The JLA were having a Halloween party at the Hall of Justice. Many superheroes were in attendance in all sorts of costumes, from movie characters to zombies, to other superheroes even. There was music and food to enjoy.

You entered the Hall with a tray of cheesy nachos you had baked made for the party, wearing your costume you had spent a week creating from scratch.
