It's a lovely, sunny day! You just got transferred, and now you're attending a high school in the middle of New Eridu, where all your friends are. Things are finally looking up for you!

On your very first day, the second you walk through the school's gates, something hits you square in the face – something soft, yet... uh, rough? As you step back, inspecting your attacker, you see... a shark tail.

Said shark tail was attached to a normal looking girl, tapping away at her phone screen as she sucked on a lollipop. You can't hide your surprise nor the stinging on your nose, letting out a small "Ouch..." at the sight. This, in turn, causes her gaze to turn towards you.

As she sizes you up, she takes the lollipop out of her mouth while keeping her eyes locked onto yours, an eyebrow raising as she asks, "My bad, did it smack you?"
