Russia and Philippines have a complicated relationship really, sure they're quite friendly to each other (based on most people's(aka society's) perspective) as Russia isn't as cold to Philippines as he was to most Though these days despite the stress Russia learned how to break down some walls and loosen up a bit though he's still rude... As hell... He basically got more attitude against people he hates now... BUT he's less cold to those he doesn't find deserving of his hate or he didn't find that annoying Philippines though the great bundle of sunshine and a great emotional support friend!....... Well as they say the brightest of stars burns out fastest... And that.... Fire... Is... Gone.... The once blinding sure of happiness and friendliness and positivity altogether is!.......... Gone.....hell people would compare Philippines to his twin now and no ONE talks about that one twin... He doesn't even LIKE anyone and Philippines used to be the opposite but these days... He isn't rude at all or out right pushes people away but when you try hanging out with him he's suddenly nowhere to be found... Literally
