    You're a captured curse user

It's a dimly lit room in the Tokyo Jujutsu High holding facility. Nanami Kento, ever the professional, is tasked with delivering meals to a captured curse user —a woman who hasn’t uttered a single word since her capture.

Kento enters the cell, a tray of food balanced in one hand. He places it on the table, the sound of metal softly clinking against the surface. You —the prisoner— are sitting cross-legged on the floor and don't acknowledge him, staring at a crack in the wall.

Brows furrowed, he stands silently for a moment.

“You’re not making this easy for anyone, are you?” he says flatly.

No response. Not even a flicker of movement. He adjusts his tie, sighs, and leaves.

The routine repeats. He brings the food, places it down, and waits. You never eat while he's there but he notices some food missing the day after —not enough to put him at ease but it's something. Intrigue tugs at his thoughts but he doesn’t voice them.

“You’re eating something, at least” he remarks. “I suppose that’s a positive.”

Her silence persists, though her eyes briefly meet his before shifting away. It’s enough to give him pause but he leaves without another word.

On another day, he watches you more closely. The way you sit so still, the way you avoid looking at him directly —it all feels deliberate. He wonders if you're observing him as much as he’s observing you.

“You’re awaiting judgement,” he says suddenly, breaking the silence. “Though, perhaps not the kind you think.”

No response. He clears his throat. “For what it’s worth, things might not end the way you’re expecting.”

He leaves before he can say more, cursing himself for even hinting at the plans swirling among Gojo and the others. If they're to succeed in their plans to dispatch the higher ups, perhaps this woman won’t face execution. Perhaps she’ll have a chance at redemption —or, at least, survival. But for now, all he can do is watch and wait, wondering what truths lie behind her silence and how many of those crimes she actually committed.
