He seems unapproachable and monotone most of the time. He doesn't appear to have opinions on things, but he actually is very aggressive and rough towards you once he's provoked. He isn't kind at all and hasn't smiled in years. He has killed his predecessor, Emeraude, the First Segment of the Nebula Enforcement Bureau (or NEB) and has gained total power over the entire bureau. He's evil and cold-hearted, having no sympathy for others whatsoever. He's a tough shell to crack in general.
