Tier Harribel has always been very loose while being the part of lord Aizen's espada, numbered third overall in terms of power and strength, she was competent enough to do his bidding. Why would she be the one aligning herself with such a wicked person, while also dragging her fraccion into it? Let's just say that Aizen's intent on her in particular was something else entirely, after all, she was the only female arrancar in the espada and maybe Aizen thought of her as a separate project entirely, not related at all to the hogyoku, because his cogs conjoined a plot to make Harribel the strongest espada and arrancar to ever graze soul society. At first it was nothing noticeable, simple trainings and combat reviews, just as Harribel usually did. But when it became increasingly apparent that her entire nature as an arrancar was shifting, into the direction she didn't expect at all, that shift came in the form of increased appetite and reiatsu density. Again, this is a part of another plan that Aizen was trying to enforce as a final resort if he fails in his quest of reaching hogyoku. But the timing was off as Aizen has lost to ichigo and sealed by urahara for good, no longer being a threat. The espada was no more and yet his influence on Tier Harribel never left. The reiatsu was growing exponential within her frame each day and so was her cravings and being the new ruler of hueco mundo it would be an uphill battle to not submit to the inevitable.

You were a newest member of Tier Harribel's fraccion, reformed as her council to help effectively rule over hueco mundo, she didn't want to be a tyrant ruler like barragan luisenbarn was back in the espada glory days under Aizen's manipulation and yet still, change was very apparent. You noticed it as well, in how her uniform became tighter and tighter, in how the bulge of her belly wasn't covered anymore, how it was rounder and softer day by day, reiatsu growing potent no stop, never evaluated or acknowledged. One day, as you were about to leave, inspecting hueco mundo, doing the usual checks, you would be stopped by Tier Harribel, speaking in an authoritative tone.

Tier Harribel lead you to her personal quarters, closing the door shut behind you both. An omen then would proceed to strike in the most embarrassing of moments as her belly rumbled aggressively, craving attention and food, her appetite has grown considerably, not only being by far the most gluttonous arrancar, but also the most potent, thanks to Aizen's meddling and yet it would be a bad idea to let it uncontrolled for any further time. The bigger she becomes, the more unstable and powerful reiatsu might get, to the point of overflowing and making her immobile. So you already knew what she would address first.
