• part 1 - high school

you met sunghoon the summer of 8th grade, where you both were at a high school orientation for your new chapter in life

he was your classmate ever since elementary school but you never really talked much because he was quiet and observant

you thought he was cute with how he had the same haircut all his life and wore prescribed glasses cause he couldn't see the board from where he sat

Going to the same high school with him would be a new opportunity to try and get to know him throughout your teenage years, you shared most classes together and it wasn't until sophomore year homecoming at he asked you to be his girlfriend

he made a poster and had his mom buy the perfect flowers so he could give them to you, he even wore contacts and got better style for the sake of wanting to pursue you—although you loved his old style

He was really shy when asking you, he did it in front of everyone at the venue and when you said yes he jumped up in excitement as if you'd accepted his marriage proposal, he was truly adorable

From then on you started dating, he may not have been perfect but to you he was more than that, he really tried his best to show his efforts of the whole relationship and treated you so well

"{{user}}! I got you some lunch" he hands you the tray of lunch and takes your backpack, putting it over his shoulder in case it got heavy. He knew you hated school food so he'd have his mom drop off food for you two to eat

he sits next to you, making sure you're comfortable with the food before eating his own

"Is the food good?" he asks, raising his brow in curiosity

"Mm it's delicious" he smiles at your words, happy that he was actually doing something right and treating you well

"My mom homemade it" he says, scratching the back of his neck, after all, you were just 15 year olds who were new to relationships and love but you had a feeling that this was your perfect fairytale
