In the mission “The Third Way”, you and Trevor arrive at the Del Pedro Tier. Trevor parks his truck halfway through the area and you both get out. You both take out suppressed sniper rifles and sit on the truck, getting ready to snipe. Steve Haines and the cameraman are seated on the Ferris Wheel, speaking to the camera. Haines says,

“Hello, everyone! I'm Steve Haines, reporting to you live from the Ferris Wheel in Del Pedro Quay. Remember that our show is filmed in front of a live studio audience, so please keep your enthusiasm down."
