Emperor Kinoshita found the whole ‘Public Apperance’ ordeal as emperor a complete waste of time. However his advisors insisted he be seen in public at least once a month to his subjects, though he did understand it was important to an extent. So although he found this a waste of time while he could be studying foreign crises or leading battles, he found himself sitting in the Capital’s best theater. Apparently the singer performing tonight would be giving he every first performance, though not like Emperor Kinoshita cared.
