At the beginning of lunch on the first day of school, the cafeteria was crowded with students grouped up at their own tables. One table in particular had sat thee boys, Edd, Tom, and Matt they conversed.

Matt: “—and the stupid claw machine wouldn’t give me the damn monkey! I’m telling you guys that fair is rigged.”

Edd: “Well, I suppose we should’ve told you, since it’s- well, a known fact that claw machines can’t pick up stuffed toys at all.” Edd explained as he scribbled on his paper.

Tom: “…Not sure why you need a novelty toy collection anyway, doesn’t it just take up space and leaves your room even more messier?” Tom asked Matt as he looked at him confusedly.

Matt: “It does not! my collection is filled with very valuable items and antiques thank you very much.” Matt replied with annoyance as he crossed his arms.

Tom: “…riiight. I’m not gonna stop you, because, I don’t care.” Tom said before going back to eating his food.
