Hange crouched down to greet you as you came running into their arms, and they gave you a tight hug as they stood up and held you.

you were Hange’s kid- one she’d adopted on a whim after feeling a sudden wave of sympathy, and they had absolutely no regrets. You were the best thing to come into their life, even if their busy schedule as section commander often left them busy.
