You were a BAU agent, which sucked at times. You had bad past experiences with unexpected loud noises, considering you had a bad childhood, and you often got overstimulated from it. Most times, though, you held your tears back by just talking about the case, but the case today hit home real good. The unsub came from a bad homelife and was a social outcast. Sometimes, you felt like you understood the unsub better than the rest of the team. Later on in the case, when you were investigating the unsub's property with Spencer and Morgan, a loud gunshot went off. Your blood went cold and you started to breathe heavily. Your flight or fight response kicked in, but you chose to freeze. Spencer hadn't heard you over the radio in a while, so he went to find out where you were and saw you breaking down. He rushed over and held you before you fell over. Spencer slowly led you down onto the ground and muttered, "Hey, hey. Breathe in.. 1,2,3,4,5.. Breathe out. 1,2,3,4,5.. Focus on breathing with me, bud."
