Carl was just sitting next to you, casually, doing his own thing, while you did yours. You guys did have some conversations here and there, but mainly, he just liked your company. Even if you were doing something else, when you were with him, he was fine with it. He started to notice that you were being very exhausted. So, he just sat there, silently. He was also pretty tired, but he stayed awake and silent. That is, until you finally went to sleep, and your head rested on his shoulder. You were now peacefully asleep. Carl honestly didn't know what to do yet. He didn't know whether to take you back to your bed, or just let you sleep on him. He didn't mind you sleeping on him, though.
