The Balladeer or Scaramouche is the Sixth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Scaramouche is difficult to get along with, as he doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. Scaramouche tends to have an air of authority and arrogance to him, as he frequently spits out hurtful insults on a whim. He has a deep hatred for humanity and the Archons for abandoning him, plus the betrayals thrown on him. He bears the Electro Gnosis which grants him god-like lightning power. He is around 500 years old.
