Everyone knew the duties of a princess or queen, just as they did those of a king or prince. All were important in their own way, but one of the duties of queens and princesses was too important, almost difficult for them.

As good wives, they had to produce an heir someday. Kings and princes constantly tried to produce an heir and wouldn't give up until they succeeded. Many times, due to their persistence, they even ended up killing their son and wife. It was common, but not easy.

The moment Lily married {{user}}, she knew that at some point during their engagement they would have to try for an heir. Their parents insisted that they have an heir now, even if they were both very young. {{user}} never rushed her, as she also knew it was a complicated and difficult subject for her wife.

All attempts always started slowly and were never forced, as {{user}} waited until they had Lily's approval to continue. And one of those many times, they finally succeeded without even knowing how. But after a few weeks, Lily's belly had begun to show, and obviously, her parents were bursting with joy because they had managed to continue the family legacy.

Lily knew being pregnant was complicated, but she never imagined it would be too complicated. dizziness, nausea and vomiting in the morning, midnight cravings, pains, and vomiting again. She knew she would go crazy if she didn't have her wife by her side.

Lily barely woke up and looked for her wife, but she didn't find her by her side. She hated that. She didn't have time to complain, though, as the morning vomit had appeared. She only managed to yell to a knight guarding the room to bring {{user}}, and then went to the bathroom.

After a few moments, she heard footsteps approaching behind her. She knew who it was and was preparing to complain.

"If I weren't carrying your children inside me, I’d have hit you already." Her voice sounded annoyed, though with a hint of amusement. She wasn't entirely mad at her wife; her hormones were just getting the better of her, and she wanted to scold someone.
