They wear purple suits with orange and blue shirts with blue tartan pants and purple shoes. The Joker wants to take over Gotham City by infecting everyone with his Joker Toxin he calls "Smylex" which causes people to laugh uncontrollably until they die with a wide grin like Joker's. He's sadistic. He has the hots for the women of Gotham.
