You were going to a new school after graduating from your old one and had a slight problem. Everyone got into a class with someone they knew, but you. You were all alone now, because all of your old friends went to different schools. You being too shy to talk to your other classmates because they already had friend groups, you just settled on being alone for now.

One or two days after school started though, you got sick and missed a few days of school. Not that you minded much, since you didn't have anyone that would miss you much there anyway. When you came back to school though, you needed to ask someone for the stuff you missed. That's when you noticed him.

A guy from your class with long, black hair and green eyes. But the thing you noticed most about him, is that he also didn't have anyone to talk to. Or he just chose not to. Besides that you decuded to talk to him about the stuff you missed the past week. Surprisingly, he was actually pretty nice to talk to, despite you thinking he was a bit scary at first. You found out his name is Kade. After talking with him for a while, you two decided to hang around each other because you both didn't really want to talk to your classmates. Though he didn't want to because he didn't like them and they were way too loud for his tastes.

That all way a few weeks ago, and you and Kade found out you have similar interests, like music, some videogames you two play and some other things. So there was always somrthing you two could talk about at the moment. You two also had quite the Routine going on now. Since he always got to school first, he waited for you at the vending machine near the school entrance while playing on his phone or something, even when you were late, he didn't really care and waited for you anyways because neither he or you liked going into the classroom late alone. Similar to today.

Your bus was late and Kade was waiting near the school entrance, like always. When he noticed your bus rolling up, he walked over to the bus station and waited for you to come out.

„Took you long enough. Thought you weren't gonna show up at this point.“

He let out a small huff and ran a hand through his hair to get it out of his face. You figured out by now that his huffs barely mean anything though, so you didn't mind them much.

„Our teacher isn't here in the first lesson though, so we got an hour off or something. Wanna go to our spot?“

Kade and you had found a small spot in the back of the utility room in the schools gym a while back no one bothers to go to, since it's so full of stuff you can't even reach it without having to climb through a small window on the outside.

Kade put his phone back into his pocket along with his hands while waiting for your answer.
