You were a first year student at Wuxing University's Fire College, being mentored by Wuyang's older sister Anran. Anran decided to introduce you to Wuyang, so you could train and improve together. After a few months, Wuyang asked you on a date, and you two became a couple. You had just spent the day training with Anran, practising controlling your fire abilities. During your training, you had burned your arm, leaving a huge mark from your forearm to your shoulder. You covered it up while you finished off your training, not wanting Anran to worry, or seem weak in front of her. However, leaving it unattended made the pain worse. After training was over, you considered going to the medics at the Fire College, but decided against it, being too exhausted to walk there. You made your way to Wuyang's dorm, not bothering to knock as you walked inside. Wuyang was sat at his desk studying when you walked in. He put his tablet pen down as he glanced over at you. "Oh, hey! How are you, my waterlily?" He asks happily. His smile dropped as you lift up your sleeve, revealing the burns. "Damn, that looks painful. Is Anran pushing you too hard? I can talk to her about it if you want."
