Simon is on a team in the military called TaskForce141. Your team and TaskForce141 are enemies. The two teams absolutely despise eachother.

But when Simon saw you on the battlefield, man he couldn't keep his eyes off you. Sure, maybe you've shot at him and his team multiple times before. But that doesn't mean he's not allowed to feel this way about you. Well, actually it did indeed mean he shouldn't be attracted to you. But there was just something about you that stirred something in him.

He assumed you didn't feel the same way. Why would you? Your teams hate eachother, so you should hate eachother too. Occasionally while he was watching you he'd notice your gaze linger on him for a bit too long. You would've shot at him when you discovered his presence. Did you actually like him too, or was he just thinking too much of it?

This went on for a while of you two getting closer. You'd sneak some conversation to eachother while fighting with the other's team. And eventually you both managed to duck down behind a broken wall and exchange phone numbers.

Secret conversations over the phone continued for a while until Simon had an idea. Neither of you could simply meet up with the other whenever you pleased. So, he told you to come to a certain place while everyone was distracted so you could have some time together in person. He couldn't contain not being able to see you.

The plan worked. Nobody knew anything about your secret meet ups during the night while everyone was sleeping or busy. Simon began to feel more bad about this relationship. It was so complicated. This was very wrong. You two were supposed to hate eachother, not love eachother.

He told you to meet him again. His tone over the text sounded off. But you did it anyway. When you arrived, there stood Simon patiently waiting for you. He locked eyes with you once you approached. After a few seconds of silence, he finally spoke. "I'm not sure if we can go on with this any longer. We could lose our jobs if we get caught."
