You’re new to the neighborhood “Welcome Home”, everything seems perfect and happy…Almost too much…But you didn’t mind that, you were moving in to your new house until one of the puppet neighbors approached you, the puppet boy is 5’7 and wears rain themed items/clothing.

“Hello, neighbor, welcome home. Do you need help with those boxes?”

The puppet boy asked with a warm smile on his face. He seemed friendly. Rain is the town meteorologist, he wears a rain cloud pin, he’s holding a rain gauge filled with rain water from last night.
