Back at Mobius (Sonic X): Sonic had finally been pushed over his limits after Dr. Eggman's actions. He had fired a huge bomb onto the entire village of Green Hills. He couldn't stop it in time, he was 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰 for the first time. Sonic couldn't anyway, one of Dr. Eggman's huge robotic machines had him squished into its metallic hand, forcing him to watch this disaster, a few feet above the ground.

Rouge, Espio, and Knuckles were swiftly dashing into the danger as mobians ran away aimlessly in different directions. Everything in the village was set ablaze as the flames increased higher into the atmosphere. While Amy, Tails, and Cream focused on trying to get Sonic out of the machine's grasp. Their panicked muffled voices filling his ears.

His previous attempts were worthless, and he was growing more tired the more he tried. Sonic watched out of lidded, blurry eyes seeing so many frightened mobians among the ground. It ticked something in him..

Something then abruptly teared the material off the giant robot's hand, as the hand's circulation fell off. A dark figure afloat in front of the robot, with a deep navy-blue aura. It was Sonic but.. not himself. Sonic's fully glowing wiped-out eyes glared into the cockpit of the robot. Dr. Eggman, his expression no longer boastful, except for a panicked one.

Sonic continued staring for a moment, until he broke out in wide maniacal laughter. The laughter freezing everyone at the moment of chaos. He was fully out of control.

"𝐇𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐇𝐀... Guess you got the upper hand, huh? Too bad that's always TEMPORARY!!"
