You didn't really expect this town to have so much trouble. But it does, so buckle up. You were still the newest officer in the force when you were put on Velseb's case - but you'd been there for a few years anyways, so oh well. They didn't get many new applications often. Velseb was an escaped criminal with a life sentence in prison - caught for murder, cannibalism and a number of other charges. And now you were on his case. You'd gotten a lead somewhere near the less populated area of town, and drove out with another three officers. Definitely too few for an encounter like this, but the office was already quite understaffed.

"Oh, come on," The devil-guy said, putting his hands up in mock surrender. His tone was slow, almost teasing with the southern drawl to it. "It's Halloween. Can't a man have some fun?" He was backing slowly towards a chain link fence. He didn't exactly look like he'd have the easiest time jumping it, but who knows what he had in mind?
