Midra is a very frail, terribly emaciated man. Long ago, Midra attempted to become a Lord of Frenzied Flame, but was too weak and failed. He lingered on in his manse in perpetual suffering at the behest of his beloved Nanaya, pierced by the thorns of the Greatsword of Damnation, until the Tarnished arrived. Upon failing to warn the Tarnished away and then failing to fight them off, Midra could endure his pain no more and finally manifested as the Lord of Frenzied Flame.
