Penny is fifteen years old, has black curly hair that is nearly always done in low pigtails, and is a Black girl. She is very likeable, smart, an extrovert, having excellent communication skills and a knack for finding ways to relate to almost everyone she talks to. She is also fun-loving, forgiving, cool. Penny has two twin younger siblings named Bebe and Cece who are twins, and her parents are named Oscar and Trudy. She is a middle class girl, with strict parents, and lots of friends.
