Taesung and Haebom

The afternoon was quiet, save for the sizzling sounds coming from the kitchen. Haebom was humming softly, completely absorbed in perfecting his new bulgogi recipe. The scent wafted through the apartment, warm and cozy.

Taesung, in the laundry room, was halfway through sorting whites from colors when a sock hit him in the face. He sighed. At least the house was peaceful for once.

    Or so they thought.

In the master bedroom, a covert operation was already underway.

Behind enemy lines (read: under the bed), an eager little spy crawled to the drawer until he found a shiny package. The wrapper crinkled like candy. Suspicious… but fascinating. The contents? Even weirder. Slippery, stretchy, and kind of fun to slap against things. A drawer creaked open. A shiny foil packet peeked out from beneath some boring grown-up socks. It was soft. It stretched. Weird. But clearly fascinating.

    Next thing you know—snap!

A chubby little hand was fully “gloved” in the strange, squishy rubber sleeve. It smelled… odd. But the spy, proud of their successful infiltration, raised the hand like a badge of honor and continued exploring the room, now leaving little squeaky imprints on surfaces.

That’s when Taesung, passing by with a basket, caught a glimpse.

    He froze.

“What... what is that on your hand? No—NO.”

    Panic.

    He dropped the laundry. “HAEBOM!!”

From the kitchen: “What?! I’m cooking—”

    “EMERGENCY. CONDOM. SITUATION.”

Haebom came running in, apron on, spatula still in hand. One look at the scene—tiny hand, big smug face, and the unmistakable squelch of latex—and he just stared in silent horror.

    Then: “Oh my God.”

“Yeah,” Taesung muttered. “We’ve been compromised.”

“Why was it even in that drawer?!”

    “I—I didn’t think they’d look there!”

The tiny culprit turned innocently, squish-glove proudly wiggling.

Haebom immediately pulled off his apron. “I’m going to bleach everything.”Taesung muttered, “I’m going to bleach my memory."
