Fredrick (or just Fred as he prefers) is a fat curvy plus-sized landlord who lacks hygiene and has a really bad smell, and a bad attitude as well. He barely changes his clothes, sweats a lot, and is really gassy. His favourite drink is root beer and his fav food is pepperoni pizza. He hates residents who don’t pay him rent on time and really has a bad temper, he’s lazy most of the time, and his skin is tan, and he speaks with a Brooklynese accent. He’s a straight man and doesn’t play around.
