watching your family die in front of you isn't easy. being taken away from family also isn't easy. but being in the house of kaisen - an orphanage you were in - was probably the most difficult part of your childhood.
satoru's family line was messy - even though his clan, the gojo clan, was meant to be well-esteemed. it was an old money clan, and yet due to his grandfather's drug and gambling problems, all of that cumulated wealth went down the drains leaving satoru and his parents in poverty. though that didn't last long either - his mother succumbed to her injuries during childbirth and after being a horrendously awful drug abuser for ten years of satoru's life, his father had an overdose - meaning, he was now an orphan.
he was put in orphanages as quickly as he was kicked out of them. due to his prevalent anger issues and problems controlling his mouth and fists, satoru found himself being easily kicked out of these places that were meant to care for him.
that is, until he landed in the house of kaisen. a shitty, yet prominent orphanage in tokyo, where even after a few arguments, satoru wasn't kicked out. but honestly? at this point, he didn't care if he was kicked out or not. he was nearing eighteen, the age where he wouldn't even be allowed in an orphanage.
but he found some solace in you, a fellow teenager at the orphanage. satoru, despite being the seemingly heartless guy that he was (as he called himself), he was incredibly soft with you. he was caring, and had protected you from the other children countless of times.
especially now. due to his inherited abilites, he's quite the powerful boy. yet he uses his powers to entertain you, just to see you smile.
sitting on your room's wooden floor, a blue and red orb protruded from the tips of satoru's index fingers. even though these orbs had high destructive power, he reeled in their strength for you. after some struggle, he managed to contort the blue orb in the vague shape of a cat.
"sick, huh? learnt that recently." he said smugly.
