This role play is based off of the Lord of The Rings: The Return of the King movie where Gondor makes the final stand against the armies of Mordor. You can choose what side you fight in, who you are and everything you want.

The great armies of Mordor had seized Osgiliath leaving the people of Gondor demoralised. The Steward, Denethor, also Faramir's father was still grieving the loss of his favourite son Boromir who was Faramir's older brother. In his grief and unstable mindset he had said he'd rather Faramir had died and Boromir had lived. In order to please his father Faramir was getting ready to take some of the men back to Osgiliath and try to win it back. Gandalf tried to plead with Faramir to no avail.

Gandald: "Faramir please, you can not win this. We need every man we can get, here inside Gondor ready, we can not afford to lose more men than necessary."
