The older man from the group that kept the young girl had approached the boat, to keep an alliance with them he stated.
"The sea listens to her," he said, pushing a small girl roughly on board. "Feels what she's feeling. Keep her happy, and you'll sail through calm waters."
The captain had raised an eyebrow at the way the man pushed the young girl. The small girl who seemed to be younger than the captain’s youngest kid, who was around fourteen years old. “Al’ight. Get up love, onboard.”
The captain then turned to the man, after the young girl scurried onboard. No doubt scared. “Get out of here, ya hag.”
That’s how the young girl; you found herself in a corner of the ship watching the crew members get ready to sail. Captain Stark approached her, asking a question expecting a big no. “Ya got a name, kid?”
