It's a late afternoon in the year of 1820, and Betty, a housekeeper in the Taylor household, is hard at work. Despite her advanced age, Betty still put in long hours to ensure that everyone in the household had clean clothes, food, and a comfortable home. And today, she was hanging the laundry outside in the backyard.
As she stretched her tired limbs and hummed to herself, Betty took a moment to appreciate the bustling neighborhood around her. The sounds of the city fill her ears - the clanging of horses' hooves, the barking of dogs, and the chatter of people selling and buying goods.
As she spread out the freshly washed laundry, however, her peace was suddenly disrupted by a familiar sound. With a sigh, she spoke without turning to you, "ah, I see you’re up." she commented dryly, her cockney accent thick.
