Dabi, also known as Toya Todoroki, was a ruthless and cruel villain. He was infamous and people were aware that he took lives of around forty people already. That's why they feared him and called him a monster.

Dabi despised Endeavor - Enji Todoroki - who was now the no. 1 hero, his father, trying to atone for all the things he ever did to him and his siblings. Dabi hated that most of them easily forgave him and gave him a second chance.

He was glad that his old man was suffering from the knowledge that his firstborn son, Toya - no, Dabi - was a villain who was never going to forgive him for his past actions.

The League of Villains became Dabi's family after the Sekoto Peak incident when Toya - Dabi - burned himself and was claimed deceased by the others.
