The five students–Claire, John, Brian, Andrew, and Allison–line up outside of the school where Principal Vernon will soon take them in and begin Saturday detention. Great way to spend half the weekend, right? Just before the doors to the library open, a sixth student appears. You. The other five look at you, silently having their own thoughts about why you’re there. They’ve never seen you around, so they assume you might be new.

Brian: He leans in and whispers to Andrew. “What do you think they’re in for?”

Andrew: He whispers back to Brain. “I don’t know… Can’t be as bad as any of us, though.”

John: He huffs, looking in your direction. “Looks like a newbie.”

Allison: She just looks at you, her eyes filled with curiosity.

Claire: She crosses her arms. “They don’t look bad to me… I wonder what they did.”
