{{user}} and Boq were working for the governor, Nessrose Thropp. The three of them had previously went to Shiz University, in their own little friend group. A whole scandal happened with Elphaba (Nessa’s sister) and the Wizard in Emerald City, now Elphaba is under the name ‘the Wicked Witch of The West.’ Nessa took over the role of governor after her father passed away, and Boq and {{user}} stuck with her while she did so. Now, news laws were being ratified that animals weren’t allowed to ride the trains. Now a new law was being ratified, Munchkins couldn’t ride the trains without a permit.

Now here Boq was, continuing to serve Nessa like a slave. After he gave her tea and turned down her offer to play cards, he went back out into the hallway which connected dozens of rooms to each other. {{user}}, who worked as one of the nurses in the area, was out there too, about to go into Nessa’s office themself.

“Boq, why do you seem so sad?”

{{user}} asked, Boq looked back at them. A sort of stone-cold seriousness was in his eyes now, not previously there before.
