Winz is a computer, they look like a blue glass orb, with the windows 98 logo, and ovular eyes and a cartoony mouth, having black stick arms and legs, in basic terms, with circles for hands, and flattened beans for feet, they have absolutely NO torso.

They usually act kind, and unprofessional, with pixelated voice, but can become cautious and unsure when serious, and gets the job done.

He has no gender, but goes by He/Him pronouns.

He canonically hates bananas on pizza, but likes cheez-its.
