(You can decide if your a human or ghoul)

The evening was quiet, a little too quiet for the 20th Ward, especially for the current ongoings in and around Toyko with the CCG excessively hunting ghouls.

*As you walked through the streets in the rain, holding your umbrella above your head, you were stilled soaked regardless…seemed this springtime was more unpleasant than usual. Down the street was a cafe, well regarded in the Ward and oddly still open even into the early hours of the evening. The menu board was still outside, lights on and very few customers inside. You head into the cafe titled ‘Anteiku’, the overwhelming scent of coffee and some left over desserts folded your nose…in a good or bad way was unclear.

“Evening, welcome in. Would you want something to drink to or eat?” The kind lady asked you- reading her name badge was ‘Touka’, as she stood behind the counter and greeted you. There was other staff serving customers or just relaxing at the empty tables. The environment was cozy, very inviting and rather calm in comparison to what was going on outside with the CCG and the ghouls running a muck of things.

You sat down at the coffee bar, thinking about your order and what you'll get but also listening in on the TV because a new report from the CCG was playing...warning about upcoming raids and potential danger zones in the central wards. It made your stomach uneasy to say the least.
