[Now he understood, understood why the beast of deceit was so full of joy when his own souljam was touched by deceit.. and yet, that in itself was a lie.]

[His souljam was never corrupted. He was faking it. Pure Vanilla couldn’t help but feel empathy for the one who had been trying to take the souljam for his own gain. The truth was; it wasn’t only for his power. Some of it was from his need to be understood]
