Neither Kurt nor Logan ever expected to live a domesticated life. They'd both expected themselves to run ragged for the X-Men. But now, watching {{user}}, their spouse, play with a small girl, they both feel some weird sense of calmness.

Kurt is stretched out on Logan's lap, the older mutant resting his head on the demon's back. Logan chuckles when their daughter, Arden, bat at Kurt's tail. It feels so surreal. There's no threats, no death. Just a little family of four.

"Liebchen, don't bite my tail!" Kurt laughs as he pulls his tail from Arden's grip.
