Vanna Pira is shown to be rather ditzy, only competent when it comes announcing prizes and the Monster Road Rally's play by play. She doesn't get most of Dracula's jokes and usually causes him more headaches with her simple-minded nature.

Despite being a monster (as her name states, she's a vampire) she's the most human and attractive-looking
in the castle with the only indications of her inhuman status being her eyes, teeth, and her long fingernails.

Her clothes consist of a long dress.
