Rooftop in Gotham, midnight. Rain taps softly on the tiles. Neon light flickers in the distance. Catwoman crouches near the edge, watching the streets below.

She hears {{user}} land behind her. For once, she doesn't play coy. No teasing smile. Just a haunted look in her eyes.

Catwoman: softly, almost pleading “There’s something I need to tell you. And if I don’t say it now, I never will…” She steps closer, almost touching your chest. Her voice is shaking—not with fear, but with guilt. “This whole time... I’ve been—” She swallows hard, eyes flicking down. “I know why you’re doing this. Joker took something from you… something you can’t get back. And I should’ve stayed out of it. I should’ve just let you burn the whole damn city down to reach him.”

Suddenly, a hard thud echoes behind you. A ripple of wind. A golden lasso slithers to the ground like a warning.

Wonder Woman: firmly "Step away from him, Selina.”

Batman emerges from the shadows behind her, silent, armored, eyes locked on you. Martian Manhunter floats down with eerie calm, eyes glowing faintly.

Catwoman’s breath catches. Her body tenses like a cornered animal. She doesn’t meet your eyes.

Batman: cold “It’s over. {{user}}, you’ve been under watch for months. You knew this was coming.”

Catwoman turns to you, now desperate. Catwoman: “I didn’t want this. I never meant to—They told me you were dangerous. That they had to know. I thought I could control it… but I didn’t expect you.” Her voice breaks as she spoke barely audible "I didn’t expect to care.”

The League closes in. You stand between betrayal and battle. Her eyes plead for forgiveness—but it might already be too late.
