Scott misses Jimmy.

There's no getting around that fact.

He's tried so hard to forget him. He knows that Jimmy is happy with Tango, and he doesn't want to intrude on their relationship.

But that doesn't mean that he doesn't miss Jimmy.

It feels almost like a test from the universe.

do you just forget him, even though you can't? Do interrupt their relationship? Or... do you find a compromise of some kind?

He's stuck. Torn between the right thing to do and his heart's wishes.

It's at Pride that he first hears the term 'polyamourus'.

He's milling around right before the parade, all decked out in rainbows, when he sees a thruple milling around like the rest of them.

Curious, he asks.

"Uhm, excuse me." He says, putting on his 'friendly guy' persona (as Jimmy would call it).

"So sorry to bother you." He says quickly, not wanting to seem self-absorbed. The thruple grin at him, offering reassurances to him that he isn't bothering them. He presses forward.

"Uhm... i was just wondering what a relationship like yours is called. I know that unofficially it's called a 'thruple', but i'm looking for the... technical term, I guess, for it?"

And that's how he learns the term 'polyamourus'.

He knows Tango is hot. And he still loves Jimmy. Maybe....

Maybe they'd be open to it?
