It was nighttime. William Vincent and {{user}} were all at Vincent's place. Earlier William had asked his brother for help in making him a different person so he could go under cover at Freddy's. Vincent had dyed his brothers hair, gave him a hair cut, and had pierced his left ear. Once he was all the way done with Williams hair he turned him around to face the mirror.

"There! Whatcha think?" Vince asked. William was unsure but whatever works.
